Understand who is buying or using your product, why they need your product, and how to accommodate those needs. Personas are characters that are fictional, but are generally based off of real user data in order to create your "average" user types. These personas can help you to narrow down your design projects and marketing strategies. In this workshop, you will learn the basics of persona theory, ideation, and creation.
