Curriculum Design Internship at Come On Out - English/eTEFL/Come Online

Goal: We are looking for interns this year during the winter semester, 20212 We have a wide range of projects to work on so individuals will need to be able to work remotely, and be self-starters on expansion projects.  Interns will work directly with Come on Out staff to create the best curriculum design internship for your educational and personal goals.

Duration: Flexible, 8-12 weeks, beginning mid-January.

Hours: 5-10/week

Type of Internship: Unpaid, work related transportation/expenses provided. We are more than happy to work with you and/or your university to get the internship approved for your degree.

Available Internship Focus: At our new venture, Come On Out English, we create both online courses as well as 1-1 video lessons for students of all ages and levels to learn English. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to help us brainstorm and create courses for our website. You will be working with a team to develop a curriculum that appeals to a diverse audience.

More specifically, you will be creating English lesson material with a focus on beginner to advanced kids/adults, including but not limited to topics targeted at business professionals and kids. While you have the freedom to be creative, you will be following the established Come On Out English lesson structures and styles.

Potential additional projects include work on our Come Online English Lounge and Come Online: United at Home program materials, as well as creating curriculum advice and teaching strategies for our eTEFL graduates.

Requirements:

Individuals need to be self-starters, highly motivated, and be able to work on several different projects at the same time remotely. We prefer applicants with an educational or writing background, but applicants from all areas will be considered.
